The house sleeps six, and the the accommodation comprises a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with 3 double bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin), all with adjoining bathroom/shower-rooms. The living room and the front bedroom both have patio doors opening out onto an area of decking which overlooks the lochan. The front bedroom has an adjoining shower-room. The other 2 bedrooms are accessed from the central hall. The twin room has a large adjoining bathroom with separate shower cubicle while the other double bedroom has an en-suite shower-room.

The living room has 2 leather sofas and a swivel chair, a 37’’ television with Sky+ facility, and a DVD player.
The dining table seats 6 and there is also a breakfast bar.
The kitchen area has a 4 ring gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer/drier.
All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.

The lodge has under-floor heating throughout. A travel cot and high chair are available.
All bedding and bed- linen is provided but NOT TOWELS.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed.
There is ample parking space.
